We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments. NO CALL / NO SHOW If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given or exceptions made. REFUNDS / DEPOSITS If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards that specific date and time. The deposit is non transferable meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you decide to cancel or reschedule you will forfeit your deposit.
