We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments. NO CALL / NO SHOW If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee. No refunds will be given or exceptions made. DEPOSITS If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards that specific date and time. The deposit is non transferable meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you decide to cancel or reschedule you will forfeit your deposit. Service Adjustments & Refund Policy I stand behind the quality of my work and always want my clients to love their hair. If you feel your color or service needs a minor adjustment, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so I can evaluate and make any reasonable tweaks if necessary. Due to the time, product, and professional services already rendered, refunds or partial refunds are not offered on completed services. Adjustments are the appropriate way to address concerns and ensure you leave with a result you feel great about.
